  It was wonderful to see all our Early Years parents/carers in school for the class assembly to celebrate the children’s work this week.

  Bedtime Book Read

  Tuesday 24^th January 5pm – 6pm

  Children in Early Years up to Year Six are invited to school’s bedtime book read.

  It is an event children always enjoy, coming to school dressed in PJ’s and dressing gowns for hot chocolate, marshmallows and biscuits to listen to a bedtime book read is great fun, teddies can come too.

  IN SCHOOL NEWS
  We have certainly had a magical end to our term. The children have all
  worked tremendously hard in class but have also managed to squeeze in
  some fun too…
  We had a great Disco on Wednesday DJ Adam lit up the hall and we had a
  great dancing time.
  Christmas Mass was so prayerful and special, this was followed by Christmas
  lunch and everyone managed to eat plenty, even while singing along to the
  music!
  We even had Dancer and Prancer the reindeers fly by to say a special hello
  to everyone, such a treat!
  And… we had the best Christmas plays and concerts with the most magical
  singing from all the children.
  Thank you to our amazing children, staff and parents for all their hard work
  and support this term. Have a well-earned rest everyone!

  YEAR FOUR
  Our star bakers in Year 4 made shortbread biscuits and
  donated them to St Austin’s Parish Advent Soup Lunches
  with proceeds raised going towards fund raising for
  Loretta Day School Kolkata India- Rainbow School.
