School Closure 2021
Please use the class email as we did back in March. You can upload photographs of your child's learning or just let us know how they are getting on. This is our communication tool during the school closure. If you have any questions please ask via email or contact the school office. We will be in contact with you to check on things. Please click the link below.
We will look forward to seeing lots of photographs of the children completing their learning.
A strange half-term ........
Well, it's certainly not been the half term that we planned! We have reached the end and I'm sure you are all exhausted. On behalf on Mrs Rankin and myself, I want to thank the amazing parents in Year 2 who have worked so hard with their children to deliver the lessons we have provided. Your support and motivation has been fantastic. I think we all hope that we can return to some kind of normality in the not too distant future.
Have a fun and safe half term!
To access you need your google email which is your first name and first letter of your last name, number 25 followed by @bmtschool.co.uk
once in you will need a code to join our class.
Please call the office if you need the code.
Online Learning- Week 8- 1st March 2021
Please note- all resources you will need can be found above in the relevant curriculum area or by clicking on the link.
Each week, Mrs Lennon has provided us with a family challenge. Here is this weeks...
This week is a nature task.
Can you make a bug hotel?
You will need to do a little research into what bugs you can find in your garden and look whereabouts they already live. You could create a design for your bug hotel or make it or do both. Please send in photos of your work
TT rockstars has come to Year 2!
In maths, the children have been learning to use 2, 5 and 10 times table.
I have set up logins for this website-
The usernames and passwords are the same as the Charanga login ( see week 3 plan)
Username is bmt then your child's name
Password is red20
It is a great site as it enables the pupils to compete against themselves, trying to get quicker.
Give it a go!
