Advent in School

We are very excited in school, Advent has started, songs and lines for plays and concerts are being learnt and we have launched our reverse advent calendar today! The idea is that each class works together as a team to create a small gift that includes food and a Christmas card, all beautifully decorated. As a reminder, the advent calendar items will be donated to St Austin’s food bank as an extra special Christmas treat for those who may need it this year. This is a lovely way for our children to live out one of Saint Teresa’s sayings,

“Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small thing with great love.”
