  • Outdoor Play and Learning

    Fri 10 Apr 2026

School was a hive of activity on our Inset day on 27th March as staff and volunteers were cleaning, constructing and building a variety of new features for our OPaL play scheme.

A very big thank you to our volunteers who willingly gave up their time to help us.

We hope the children are excited to see the changes when they return on Monday, 13th April.

  • First Reconciliation

    Fri 10 Apr 2026

Congratulations to the pupils who celebrated their First Reconciliation this week. It was such a joy to be involved and to support them and their families in their faith journeys and help them make special memories.

As we head into our Easter break, we wish everyone a truly blessed and holy time. We look forward to seeing you after the holiday. Happy Easter.

  • Science Showcase Afternoon

    Fri 10 Apr 2026

Thank you to team BMT for the fantastic role they played during our Science showcase afternoon in school. Our KS2 children thought carefully and found connections between previous learning and their learning now, and our younger pupils talked confidently about everything they have enjoyed and what they are looking forward to as they move through the school. Well done to everyone involved - keep working hard, you make us proud every day!

  • Year 5 - Alberto Giancometti

    Fri 10 Apr 2026

This term, our young artists have been exploring the striking world of Alberto Giacometti, the renowned sculptor famous for his tall, thin, and stretched-out figures. Inspired by his ability to capture movement and emotion through these spindly forms, the students have been busy creating their own 3D masterpieces. The project was a fantastic challenge in balance and centre of gravity, with students finding clever ways to make their thin figures stand tall.

  • Nursery

    Fri 10 Apr 2026

Our children in Nursery have been learning all about growing.

They have been discovering facts about the life cycle of a bean and have planted their very own beanstalk.

The children have been learning a new song all about growing and using their own ideas to put actions to the words and using their skills to build, create art and make marks.

Well done to all our fantastic children!
